Frequently asked questions

How do I enrol?

Register, then choose your course. You get a quotation and your enrolment agreement. Read the agreement, type your full name and accept. Then pay by EFT and upload your proof of payment in My account.

When does my course open?

When you accepted the agreement and finance confirmed your first payment. Courses with no cost open as soon as you accept the agreement.

What reference do I use when I pay?

Use your student number, for example APV26-00001. Then upload the proof of payment in My account.

Where are my quotation, invoices and receipts?

In My account. Each document has a "View" button. Use "Print or save as PDF" to keep a copy.

I am under 18. Can I enrol?

Yes. A parent or guardian must add their name and ID number and give consent when you accept the agreement.

Someone else pays for me.

Choose "My employer pays" or "A sponsor or funder pays" when you enrol. The quotation and invoice show the sponsor's details. You decide if we may share your progress with them.

I forgot my password.

Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. If you get no email, contact your organisation below. Staff can set a new password.

When do I get my certificate?

When you complete every lesson and pass every quiz, an administrator checks your results and issues the certificate. You get an email, and it shows on your dashboard.

Is my certificate a qualification?

The certificate confirms that you completed an online course in this portal. Read the statement on the certificate. QCTO statements of results are issued only by the QCTO.

Can I share the videos and notes?

No. Course material is for your own study only. Do not copy, record or share it.

How do I see or delete my personal information?

Go to My account, then "My personal information". You can download it, or make a request to correct or delete it.

The portal is slow on my phone.

The portal works on most phones. Videos use the most data. Use Wi-Fi for videos when you can. The notes and quizzes use very little data.
