Create your account with your organisation. Your student number shows at once.
STEP 02
Quotation and agreement
Choose a course. Read your quotation and enrolment agreement, then accept them online.
STEP 03
Pay
Pay by EFT with your student number as reference. Upload the proof of payment.
STEP 04
Learn
Your course opens when finance confirms the payment. Complete it to get your certificate.

How do I get a student number?
Register in the portal. Your student number is made automatically and shows on screen as soon as your account is created.
Can I sign in with my student number?
Yes. You can sign in with your student number or your email address, together with your password.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. If no email arrives, contact your organisation with your full name and student number.
Where are my quotation, invoices and agreement?
In My account in the learner portal. You can download each document at any time.
Is the certificate a qualification?
The portal certificate confirms that you completed an online course. Accreditation for the Academy is in progress, so its certificates are not accredited. Anyone can check a certificate number on the verification page.
Can I get business support after my training?
Yes. Consultant Experts SA gives business, financial and compliance support, so you can go from training to an established business.
