Using the website
- Use the website and the learner portal only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Give correct information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Do not try to get into records that are not yours.
Enrolment
You enrol when you accept a quotation and the enrolment agreement of the organisation. The enrolment agreement sets out the fees, payment terms, attendance and assessment rules, and what the certificate is. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Fees and payment
The quotation shows the fees. The invoice shows the due dates. Course access opens when the agreement is accepted and the first payment is confirmed. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Course material
The videos, notes and quizzes belong to the organisation or its licensors. You may use them only for your own study. Do not copy, record, share or sell them.
Certificates
Portal certificates confirm that you completed an online course in the learner portal. Read the statement on each certificate. Portal certificates are not QCTO statements of results. An organisation whose accreditation is in progress does not issue accredited certificates. Anyone can check a certificate number on the verification page.
Availability
We try to keep the portal available at all times, but we cannot promise that it is never interrupted. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions outside our control.
Governing law
South African law applies. The Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply where relevant.
